Title: Assistant Manager - Quality Experience: 8 - 10 years Reporting To: QAC Head Education: B.E - Mechanical Role & Responsibilities: Experience of working & maintaining systems in an ASME U Stamp Shop for Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers. Experience in Handling ASME and ISO Audits for the complete Organization. Experience in qualifying Welding Procedures and Welders as per ASME Sec IX. NDE Level II Certifications and Internal Auditor for conducting ISO 9001 Audits. Conversant with ASME Sec VIII Div. 1, Sec II, Sec V. Hands on experience in Incoming Inspection, Stage Inspection, Heat Treatment, Non-Destructive Testing and Final Inspection for Thermal Systems and Equipments. Liaoning with Authorized Inspectors, Third Party Inspectors., JD-Head QAC May 2024 Preparation of Quality Plans for Shop and Site, Maintenance of Calibration Records, Welder Continuity, NDE Personnel Continuity records. Experience in carrying out Vendor Audits for Subcontractors. Exposure to Indian Boiler Regulations. Experience in leading a Group of People. Experience in facilitator for Quality Circle Teams, training of Shop floor Personnel is an added Advantage. Exposure to OSHAS and EMS Quality Systems is an Added Advantage.
