We are hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - R & D at Jyothy Labs Experience - 6 - 10 years Role & responsibilities Product development in FMCG Homecare port folio, shall be experienced in independent formulation and implementation (lab/pilot/plant scale). Liaison with marketing, manufacturing, packaging, legal and QA related to portfolio Technical support to manufacturing and QA. Plant visits for product trials and stabilization Anaylse market trends, consumer expectation and insights. Convert to organizational benefit via innovations in product/process RM cost reduction in existing products Lab safety and inventory management as per norms. Ensure compliance to pollution control board, legal and other regulatory norms.
