Job Description

Identify and assess safety risks and recommend solutions to mitigate hazards and improve safety standards. Propose and implement new prevention measures and improvement opportunities to maintain a safe working environment. Plan, develop, and conduct safety training programs on preventive care, compliance, and safety protocols. Ensure that employees receive comprehensive safety training and understand policies and procedures thoroughly. Ensure all work complies with approved manuals, policies, procedures, contract documents, and sound engineering practices. Regularly review and update safety manuals and procedures to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee high-risk activities and manage the work permit system, ensuring all permits are followed up and monitored for compliance. Conduct daily safety rounds throughout the factory premises to identify unsafe activities and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Respond to safety incidents promptly, investigate root causes, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions, and provide regular safety reports to management. Skills: Proven experience in safety management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and compliance. Excellent communication and training skills, with an ability to engage employees in safety practices.
