Dear Candidate, Greetings!!! We are urgently looking for "Assistant Manager- Safety" for one of our Japanese client based in Sri City (Andhra Pradesh). Plz find below mentioned detail: Job Descriptions: PEB Construction + Manufacturing Industry Min 8~12 years good knowledge about PEB Erection, Construction Activities and Risk Assessment, Machine Guarding, Safety Trainings etc. Knowledge and experience of major accident hazard identification and risk assessment processes. Excellent verbal and written skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team and influence at all levels, and To identify practical and proportionate solutions for hazards present in the workplace. Knowledge on work permit implementation and refer control measures based on work. Good in English communication Monitor contractor's construction activities closely, identify unsafe practices and suggest safety best practices to avoid safety accidents in construction and manufacturing process. Analyse safe lifting procedure by cranes, hydras etc. Check the Safety compliances in construction activities. Daily take plant Gemba walks, identify Unsafe acts (risk behaviours of employees), correct immediately by intervening with help of concern line in-charge. Identify Unsafe Conditions and Unsafe Practices in shop floor, report to concerned HODS for correct situations. Monitor work permits implementation at shop floor and suggests hierarchy of controls for hazard elimination. Conducting Risk Assessment on machines and on other operations, record findings and follow for close up of recommendations. Conduct Safety Trainings and PEP talks at workplace.
