We are hiring for the role of Assistant Manager for our MTM, Bibvewadi location Job roles and responsibilities:- A "Safety Engineer" will be responsible for overseeing safety practices across all construction and development projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, providing safety training to staff and contractors, and implementing preventative measures to minimize risks and prevent accidents on construction sites, all while collaborating closely with project managers and other stakeholders to maintain a safe working environment . Key responsibilities of a Safety Engineer in real estate: Safety Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and update company safety policies and procedures aligned with local and national regulations. Site Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify potential hazards, document findings, and recommend corrective actions. Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments on new projects and ongoing operations to proactively identify and mitigate safety risks. Training and Education: Deliver safety training programs to all employees, contractors, and relevant stakeholders, covering topics like proper equipment usage, emergency procedures, and hazard recognition. Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety-related incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to all applicable safety regulations, standards, and permits at construction sites. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Monitor the proper use and maintenance of safety gear by workers on site. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and drills. Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed safety records, incident reports, and documentation to track safety performance and demonstrate compliance.
