Strategic Sales Campaign Management Formulate and execute strategies to achieve top-line and bottom-line targets . Lead campaign planning and activity design aligned with the complete crop cycle to drive seasonal performance. Design trade schemes that increase channel partner value realization while improving netback for the company. Develop and execute regional demand generation strategies to build product awareness and future market growth. Field Force Enablement Performance Train and support field teams in executing company processes at the customer level. Monitor and manage individual and team performance to ensure alignment with sales goals. Drive adoption of tools like the Digital Tools to enhance visibility, execution, and performance tracking. Pricing, Analytics Digital Tools Manage and optimize pricing structures across regions for competitive positioning and profitability. Handle and analyze large datasets to support strategic planning and campaign effectiveness. Create and maintain dashboards (PL, inventory, pricing, and sales promotions) using BI tools (e.g., Power BI). Channel Development Market Expansion Identify and appoint new business partners to strengthen market presence and product accessibility. Coordinate with distributors and dealers to increase sales penetration in targeted geographies. Assist in special case handling with sales and procurement teams to improve deal closure rates. Process Design Operational Execution Design and implement SOPs for procurement and sales operations , improving compliance and standardization. Lead cross-functional issue resolution and ensure process discipline across sales functions. Support digital transformation by conceptualizing tech requirements to enhance business delivery. Market Intelligence Research Conduct cohort studies, value chain mapping, and gap analyses to guide strategic decisions. Analyze BTL campaign effectiveness and suggest refinements in channel strategy. Develop intelligence reports based on agricultural dynamics to support leadership decisions.
