Job Description

1. Campaign Management & Execution KRA: Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns (online and offline). Responsibilities: Develop and execute campaigns across digital channels (social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO). Collaborate with other departments (sales, product, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging. Analyze campaign results and make improvements as needed. 2. Market Research & Analysis KRA: Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and competitors. Responsibilities: Monitor competitors marketing activities and industry trends. Identify target customer segments and craft messaging that resonates with them. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve marketing strategies. 3. Brand Management KRA: Enhance and protect the companys brand image and positioning. Responsibilities: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Work on brand positioning and differentiation strategies. Oversee the creation of branded content (visual, digital, print). 4. Budget Management KRA: Manage the marketing budget efficiently. Responsibilities: Work with the marketing director to set and manage budget allocations. Track expenses to ensure campaigns stay within budget. Measure ROI on marketing spends and optimize future investments. 5. Lead Generation & Sales Support KRA: Support sales efforts through lead generation and nurturing. Responsibilities: Create lead generation strategies that align with sales goals. Help sales teams by providing them with necessary marketing collateral and content. Track and optimize lead conversion. 6. Content Creation & Strategy KRA: Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with the marketing objectives. Responsibilities: Work on content calendars for blogs, social media, websites, etc. Manage creative processes, ensuring content resonates with the target audience. Analyze content performance and tweak as necessary. 7. Customer Relationship Management KRA: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities: Monitor customer feedback and ensure marketing aligns with customer needs. Use CRM tools to track customer engagement. Coordinate events or webinars to engage with the customer base. 8. Reporting & Performance Tracking KRA: Track and report the performance of marketing activities. Responsibilities: Use marketing analytics tools to track KPIs (click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.). Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to senior management. Suggest changes or improvements based on performance data. Skills & Qualifications: Communication Skills : Clear and effective communication for managing campaigns and coordinating with teams. Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve marketing strategies. Project Management : Organizing and leading marketing initiatives from start to finish. Creativity : Innovative thinking for campaign ideas and content creation. Teamwork & Collaboration : Ability to work with cross-functional teams, especially sales and design.
