Job Summary The Assistant Manager – Sales will lead a large team focused on managing panel patients, executing sales calls, and driving conversions. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in outbound calling, sales conversations, and team leadership, preferably in healthcare or service-oriented sectors. This role is based in Azadpur and operates in a day shift. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate a large sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Manage relationships with panel patients, ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Oversee outbound calling operations, ensuring quality sales conversations and effective follow-ups. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve team performance, and optimize patient engagement. Monitor and analyse sales metrics, preparing regular reports for management review. Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their sales and communication skills. Handle escalated patient or customer queries, providing prompt and professional resolutions. Coordinate with other departments (such as marketing or operations) to support sales campaigns and patient management initiatives. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and patient interactions in CRM systems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field. 4+ years of experience in sales, outbound calling, and team management, preferably with panel patients or in a healthcare environment. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage large teams to achieve sales goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits Monthly salary of ₹35,000 – ₹40,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
