RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for Automotive OEM in South (Hyundai , AL , etc.) Managing sales & creating opportunities for business growth through development of new business opportunities. Responsibility for meeting the monthly and yearly sales targets. Identify business opportunities and target markets. Engage with the customers in the development stage for deployment of SP products. Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs. Forecasting customer growth and related business sales. Build relationship with customers at both OEM and Tier 1 level. To support customer service team with the account receivable (AR) deliverables. To develop detailed territory business plans for next year budgeting. Helps sales head in developing long terms strategic plans for 3 years. Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products. Manage key stake holders within and outside company. Develops account strategy and works with key stakeholders in the business to achieve optimum results. Research market trends and products. Fosters the development of new methods, processes, and procedures. Arrange meetings with potential clients. Challenge perceptions in order to get the customer to buy a product. Record sales information and maintain customers’ records. Working experience with Automotive or tier 1 supplier preferably with wiring harness or hose manufacturer. Sales forecasting, planning & budgeting. Exposure of Exhaust / Electrical / EMI / Acoustic / HVAC systems is an added advantage
