Role - Assistant Manager Contact HR Ruthu - 9035094251 Location - Whitefield, Bangalore Minimum of 3-year experience as an AM, including at least 6 months in an outbound sales process (Should be from NBFC / BFSI / Banking background) Salary - up to 8 LPA 6 days working, 1 rotational week off Day shift 3 rounds of Virtual Interview No cab facility Key Responsibilities: Oversee and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and customer experience. Support the sales team in achieving business objectives through strategic planning. Monitor sales performance and generate reports for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales operations. Provide training and support to sales executives for process adherence. Requirements: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in financial services.
