Position: Assistant Manager - Social Media Location: Andheri (E) Experience: 3-4 years Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Assistant Manager – Social Media to lead client relationships, guide content strategy, and manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who can balance leadership, creativity, and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: Will be working with social media executives and collaborate with copy and design teams. Strategize and implement brand positioning and marketing plans for clients across platforms. Oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns and ensure smooth operations across accounts. Actively contribute ideas to enhance the agency’s service offerings and client value. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile: 3–4 years of experience in a social media agency, managing brand campaigns and client relationships. Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. Strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality output. Up-to-date with digital and social media trends and how they apply in a brand context. Able to manage time and budgets effectively while delivering within deadlines.
