Job Description

The role of corporate sales involves identifying, developing, and managing business-to-business (B2B) sales opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and tailored solutions. Corporate Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key corporate clients. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hospital services adoption across corporate clients. Business Development: Identify new corporate opportunities and create customized proposals for corporate clients to drive business growth. Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations and manage the closure of corporate agreements, ensuring alignment with hospital goals and profitability. Sales Targets: Set and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets, closely monitor performance, and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure smooth execution of services and customer satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
