Location: Bhiwadi (Delhi/ NCR) Role Overview Your Tasks – What You can Expect as Sr. Executive-Production (f/m/d): Review & Implement Master Plan (shift wise). Does minor adjustments as per shift requirement. Man Power management. Ensure the specified process parameter & safety guidelines for product Manufacturing. Ensure that the quality norms are being followed during quality control. Ensure that the corrective & preventive action are being taken if any anomaly observed. RM, packing material & general items planning Preparation of shift production reports & MIS Responsible for shift operation (both production & QC) efficiency. Initiate & implement process improvement measures for increasing effectiveness & efficiency of production in consultation with Head-Deptt. Training & development of subordinate Initiate & implement ways to improve safety & environmentally friendly production in consultation with Head-Deptt. Ensure the 5S of Mfg plant Coordinate with maintenance personnel for preventive maintenance & breakdowns. Conflict management of subordinates Your Profile – What do You bring as Sr. Executive- Production (f/m/d): M.Tech/B.Tech Preferred Proven experience in production for ideally inks and coatings Min. 5 years comprehensive experience in production Are you interested?
