Role Purpose: Supports in the day to day legal and compliance related activitiesKey Accountabilities: LLB with 5-8 years of experience in drafting legal documents and handling litigationPreferred Experience and Qualification: Preparing, drafting and modifying contractual instruments/ Legal documentations Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for management meetings Representing the organization internally and externally in legal matters for minor requirements Vetting, Drafting, and reviewing International Global Contract in Alliance and Strategy. Aware of International laws.
