In this role, you will collaborate with regional stakeholders to drive strategic hiring initiatives for both white- and blue-collar workforce recruitment. Based in Pune, this role involves partnering with hiring agencies, job boards, and recruitment platforms to support regional hiring needs as per the CP. You will be responsible for proactive workforce planning, maintaining a robust talent pipeline throughout the year, and identifying new sourcing channels to strengthen our core regional talent pool. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to compliance standards across the recruitment process, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition. Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Talent acquisition (White & Blue collar Hiring). Proven experience in managing a recruitment team. Strong stakeholder management skills & Experience working directly with higher management/leadership team. Should have experience in managing multiple projects with stringent deadlines and multiple stakeholders Location : PUNE
