Job Description

Understand the manpower requirements and post job openings on internal job portal as well as external job portals. Ensure all recruitment-related documents such as CVs, offer letters, etc. pre and post-recruitment are in order and as per the required standards established for the selection of the right people to the target roles. Screening and identifying external as well as internal applicants for job openings to ensure that the qualifications required match the respective vacancy. Conduct recruitment-related activities including preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitate hiring of appropriate talent to meet business demands. Ensure timely communication to the candidates on interview feedback. Issue the offer/ rejection letter, facilitate negotiations with the candidate. Responsible to perform on boarding activity for new joiners by timely entering data into the HRMS and ensure proper documentation of the same. Coordinate with the learning and development department to provide induction to new employees. Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software. Timely update Recruitment MIS and provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team.
