Looking For Assistant Manager-Talent Acquisition( 6 Days Working) For MNC- Pune Location Role & responsibilities Involved in recruitment strategy and execution. Manage end-to-end hiring: job posting, screening, interviews, and offers. Collaborate with departments to plan and fulfill hiring needs. Expand and manage recruitment channels (campus, job fairs, referrals, agencies). Optimize hiring processes for efficiency and talent alignment. Track recruitment metrics and provide reports with improvement plans. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Preferred candidate profile 1. 7+ years of recruitment experience, preferably from Manufacturing 2. Strong knowledge of the manufacturing talent market. 3. Proficient in LinkedIn, ATS, and talent database management. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to manage multiple hiring demands in a fast-paced environment. 6. Data-driven mindset to optimize hiring strategies. 7. Familiarity with Indian labor laws and compliance. 8. Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. 9. Experience managing internal and external recruitment resources. 10. Fluent in English with global team coordination skills Perks and benefits
