Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate government and public sector procurement portals for relevant tenders aligned with the organization’s business objectives. Lead the end-to-end tendering process, including bid planning, documentation, compliance checks, submission, and post-bid follow-ups. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to gather technical and financial inputs for bid proposals. Manage external coordination for registration, documentation, fee submissions, and vendor account operations across e-procurement platforms. Maintain comprehensive records in accordance with audit standards, and generate timely reports for internal tracking and strategic decision-making. Ensure strict adherence to government procurement protocols, including detailed analysis and response preparation for RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFSs (Request for Services). Support the Business Development team in pipeline generation, opportunity tracking, client engagement, and bid-related communication. Track payment cycle as per the project milestones & timelines and coordinate with the client. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in government tendering, bid lifecycle management, and business development support. Prior exposure to sectors involving technology projects is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in navigating and operating e-procurement platforms including but not limited to GeM and state-specific portals. Strong working knowledge of government bidding frameworks, including RFP/RFS analysis, technical compliance matrices, and commercial documentation. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite , especially Excel , for data handling, financial modeling, and reporting. Demonstrated ability to independently manage tender submissions under tight deadlines with high attention to detail. Experience in vendor registration, digital signature management, and portal-based documentation uploads.
