Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager Location: Jaipur Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations (preferably in E-commerce, Pharma, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Educational Qualification: B. Pharma (License free, to be endorsed in Jaipur) / MBA / Graduate Job Responsibilities: Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. Manage and optimize inventory control to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to SOPs. Maintain high levels of operational efficiency, minimizing errors and delays. Implement best practices for warehouse management and workflow optimization. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Utilize Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS) for data tracking and reporting. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline logistics and supply chain processes. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Excel (data analysis, inventory tracking, reporting). Strong leadership and team management abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS). Knowledge of E-commerce, Pharma, or large-scale warehouse operations.
