Job Description

Role Responsible for designing and managing org wide training and capability building programs. DO Strategize, implement, and manage capability building programs that adhere to organizational objectives Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new and existing initiatives. Manage program keeping optimal return-on-investment in mind Manage vendors and procurement processes for capability building programs. Manage stakeholders and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives Plan and control deadlines, budgets and activities. Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across different programs offered by TT Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders Mandatory Skills: Training (Ops). Experience3-5 Years.
