Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible to monitor transaction processing, SIP registrations, rejections and co-ordination with RTA to ensure completion as per timelines with accuracy. Responsible to follow-up with branches and other stakeholders for required information / documents for processing of transactions. Regular review of RTA activities, analyze reasons for delayed processing, rejections, NIGOs, TAT delays, Data entry errors etc. and submit report to Corporate Office. Responsible to monitor and review daily activities being performed by RTA and submit daily reporting to Corporate Office Responsible for Audit co-ordination to obtain data requirements, close supervision of the activities being conducted in Chennai. Responsible to handle escalations and take up with RTA / service providers for timely resolution Essential Skills Required Ability to communicate effectively with Service providers and internal teams with good verbal and written communication skills Positive and enthusiastic attitude Microsoft Office proficiency with strong emphasis on Excel Proactive and self-motivated Strong analytical & automation skills Eligibility Criteria MBA / Graduate with 2-3 years of Mutual Fund R&T Operations experience.
