Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1) To plan and execute maintenance activities to minimise Electrical Breakdowns 2) Planning for Shut down Activity in alignment with production requirements to ensure min planned downtime 3) Pre audit of machine before performing the preventive maintenance to reduce the machine breakdown. 4)Analysis for Break Down. Equipment performance measure MTBF, MTTR. 5) Plan for and execute moodifications in Electrical system to eliminate repetitive problems/ Improve Efficiency. 6)Creations/ alterations of Preventive schedules. Equipment behavior data collection/Predictive. Allocation 7) Conduct Root cause analysis and modification accordingly to reduce repetitive problems. 8) Planning for new upcoming projects to increase the productivity/efficiency of machine. 9) Ensure availability of emergency spares by proper replenshipment strategy in order to ensure machine should not stop due to un-availability of spare. 10) Repairing of electrical and electronic equipments to reduce the cost of spare consumption. 11) Identify and Evaluate energy saving options and plan for modifications to optimise power consumption. 12) Preparing and track various electrical costs Plan vs actual and share the same with key Stakeholders as per the defined Frequency 13) Ensure to maintain backup of PLC /DRIVES/SCADA etc at IT server. 14) Standardization for the spares, PR control for optimum inventory 15)Ensure all the safety rules and followed for Man, Machine and Material 16) Supporting Head Electrical in Annual Budget Preparation and Tracking 17) Hand On Experience on Siemens PLCs (S7-200, S7-300, S7-1500)
