JOB DESCRIPTION I. JOB DETAILS Job Title Assistant Manager/Manager, Growth and M&A II. JOB PURPOSE The role holder will work with the Growth and M&A team to drive business planning and analysis, growth, M&A, and other strategic projects as per organizational priorities. III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities Financial modeling and valuation, including the identification of synergies, evaluate business and financial viability. Benchmark business performance metrics against key competitors and evaluate potential opportunities to grow through both organic and inorganic means. Travel to target expansion cities to assess and identify strategically fit micro-markets for the setting up of hospitals, acquisitions, etc. Lead generation for M&A, land acquisition, and long-term lease: cold calling and connecting with developers and intermediaries to generate leads and help materialize. Evaluate land layout, building plans and other hospital infrastructure-related documents. Support end-to-end due diligence process across all functional areas Maintain updated repository of industry trends and competitors performance metrics. Partner with teams executing on the ground and/or monitor execution Support in preparation of quarterly board meeting-related collaterals Scope for ongoing expansion projects. IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Measurable Deliverables Lead generation Market assessment and competition performance tracking Financial modeling V. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications BTech / BCom(H) / MBA / CA / CFA Experience More than 2 years of experience Ideally from a research firm, consulting, or investment banking Experience within the healthcare sector is preferable but not necessary. Behavioural Skills Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict management ability Collaborative team player Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technical Skills Strong presentation skillsproficient with PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word Program management - Good organization and planning skills.
