Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth. Conduct field marketing activities such as exhibitions, events, and product launches to engage with customers. Build relationships with existing clients through direct marketing efforts to retain existing business and generate referrals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop corporate marketing campaigns that align with company goals. Identify new sales opportunities by generating leads from various sources. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in banking or financial services industry. Strong understanding of deposit products and services offered by the bank. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
