Role & responsibilities 1. New Store Branding: -Develop and execute branding strategies for new stores - Ensure consistent brand image across all stores. 2. Grand Successful Launch of New Stores: - Plan and execute grand opening events-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches. 3. Offline Marketing Campaigns: - Conceptualise and execute offline marketing campaigns (flyers, banners, no-parking boards, health camps, etc.., Manage campaign budgets and timelines. 4. Vendor Management:- Manage multiple vendors in the region- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. 5. Quality Check of Store Branding :- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high-quality branding - Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. 6. Team Management: -Manage a team of 2-5 marketing executives -Provide guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution. 7. Reporting :-Prepare reports on marketing campaigns and store performance - Analyse data to identify areas for improvement. 8. Improving Poor Performing Stores: - Develop and execute strategies to improve store performance - Collaborate with store managers and other stakeholders. 9. Timely Execution of Marketing Collateral:- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials (Flyers, banners, etc.) 10. High Visibility of VM (Visual Merchandising): -Ensure high-quality visual merchandising across all stores.
