Job Opening: Assistant Pharmacist – Store Level (Head Office) Location: Head Office Medical Store, Ernakulam Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM . Job Type: Full-Time Vacancies: Multiple Experience: Freshers are welcome About Us: We are a growing chain of Family Clinics dedicated to delivering affordable and accessible healthcare across Kerala. Our Head Office in Ernakulam operates a central medical store that manages medicine procurement, storage, and distribution to our network of clinics. We are looking for Assistant Pharmacists to join our backend pharmacy operations team. Key Responsibilities: Stock Handling & Storage: Receive medicines from suppliers and verify items and quantities. Label and organize medicines according to standard procedures. Arrange stock based on expiry dates . Ensure appropriate storage for temperature-sensitive medicines. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining and updating stock records. Support monthly and quarterly stock audits. Help in preparing medicine dispatches for clinics. Documentation & System Entry: Enter medicine details (name, quantity, batch number, expiry) into pharmacy software (training will be provided). Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock movement. Quality & Cleanliness: Monitor expiry dates and assist in handling near-expiry and expired stock. Ensure the medical store area is clean and organized. Follow standard protocols for pharmacy operations. Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification: D.Pharm or B.Pharm Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply Should be detail-oriented and responsible Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel or billing software, is an added advantage Willingness to work in a non-clinical pharmacy store setting What We Offer: Fixed working hours with Sundays off Training and guidance for freshers A friendly and supportive team at Head Office Opportunities to grow into senior roles in store or inventory management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
