Job Title: Assistant Professor of Law Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Assistant Professor of Law to join our law college. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and service to the college.The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Teaching: - Teach law courses to undergraduate and graduate students. - Develop and deliver high-quality lecture materials, assessments, and evaluations. - Supervise and mentor students in research projects and dissertations. 2. Research: - Conduct high-quality research in areas of expertise, leading to publications in reputable academic journals. - Present research at national and international conferences. - Collaborate with colleagues on research projects and grants. 3. Service: - Participate in departmental, faculty, and university service, including committee work and administrative tasks. - Engage with the legal community, including practicing lawyers, judges. - Contribute to the development of the law program, including curriculum design and accreditation. 4. Administration: - Participate in departmental meetings and decision-making processes. - Assist with student advising and recruitment. - Perform other administrative tasks as required. Requirements: 1. Qualifications: - LLM with minimum 2-3years of experience. - A strong academic record, including a high-quality undergraduate and graduate degree in Law. 2. Experience: - At least 2-3 years of teaching experience in a law faculty or equivalent. - Research experience, including publications in reputable academic journals. 3. Skills: - Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong research and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
