Job Description : Applications are invited for the post of Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor/Professor position in the areas of: Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Finance , HR, Marketing. Assistant Professor: Candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent with a brilliant academic background. Experience, while desirable, is not essential. Those about to complete their doctoral degree may also apply. Associate Professor: Candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent with a successful track record of research and publications and a minimum of 6 years of teaching/research experience, of which at least 6 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor at an institution of repute. Professor: Candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent with a successful track record of research and publication and a minimum of 10 years of teaching/research experience, of which at least 6 years should be at the level of Associate Professor at an institution of repute. *Kindly Note Suitable candidate will be eligible for Seventh Pay Commission* Desired Candidate Profile : As Faculty, you will keep yourself fully immersed in terms of breadth and depth of knowledge in the subjects taught and develop a repertoire of Case Studies / Video Clips to support your teaching. Programme and curriculum design and development. Academic Administration. Examinations and evaluation. Placements and industry connect. Student counselling, institutional admissions and administration. A faculty shall be responsible for administrative work mentioned in the KRA. Employ innovative experiential learning tools and immersive learning tools to ensure the highest levels of student engagement and satisfaction. You will publish Research papers/Case Studies of high quality every year in leading Indian & International journals. You will be supporting the Selection of high quality students by conducting intensive interviews of incoming students for Admission. Desired Skills: Flexible & adaptable with usage of ERP.
