Job Description

JOB PURPOSE This position will be responsible for providing assistance in managing training related projects of Central & State Govts, PSUs, private companies and other organisations including World Bank etc. This position will function under Director, Amity Institute of Training & Development (AITD). The contract will be for 1 year which can be extended on as required basis. Roles and Responsibility: Manage and implement project as per the contract Coordinate with various institutes/departments of Amity University Arrange boarding, lodging and transport facility for the trainees & trainers Organise outstation tours during training programs Coordinate with Government of India Ministries, Departments, PSUs and other clients Prepare project implementation plans Conduct briefing & presentations related to training projects Liasion with Government officials for invoicing and payment realization Maintaining MIS and database of training Qualification & experience: Graduate/MBA with 2-4 experience in Project Management Interested candidates may please send their resume on anathan@amity.edu
