Greetings from BSCPL Infrastructure Limited Position : Assistant Project Manager Location: Chennai Qualification: - B. Tech / M. Tech / B.E / M.E in Civil Engineering from reputed colleges. - Any certifications in Project Management / Construction Management is added advantage. Experience: - Working in large Real Estate Construction & Engineering Firms in Residential High-Rise projects. - Must have served as Project Manager for considerable service years with mandatory experience in end-to-end execution of more than 15-floor projects. - Exposure to sound technical understanding of best and latest engineering practices, project management tools along with managing large teams and multiple projects simultaneously is a must for success in the role. Skillset: - Sound grasp of architecture, planning, structural engineering, finishing, and other areas - Understanding of budgets, variances, profit and loss, monitoring and reporting techniques - Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint ) and working experience in software viz. MS Project and ERP - Extremely strong people management skills to monitor and mentor technical team Salary will be based on the performance skill and knowledge .
