Job Description Job Title : Construction Manager-Civil Company Overview : Aalaya Engineering Project Private Limited is a well-established construction firm committed to delivering high-quality projects on time. Currently, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineers to join our team and oversee construction projects with a focus on independently handling all activities and efficiently managing the required manpower at the site. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning and Construction Management l Ensure Project Execution as per the drawings and specifications within budget and time. l Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. l Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager. 2. Site Supervision l Regularly visit project sites to ensure work adheres to designs, quality standards, and safety protocols. l Identify and address any issues or potential delays on-site. l Ensure compliance with local regulations and permits. 3. Documentation and Reporting l Maintain project records, including progress reports, work schedules, and financial data. l Assist in preparing contracts, bids, and change orders. l Support the Project Manager in conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies. 4. Communication and Teamwork l Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities. l Attend project meetings and provide inputs on project status and challenges. l Promote teamwork and collaboration among project team members.
