Join our dynamic Project Management team and play a crucial role in driving successful product delivery! As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in planning, executing, and closing projects within defined scope and timelines. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and progress. Key Responsibilities: Project Execution Track product milestones and identify potential roadblocks. Should be familiar with Agile methodologies and handle SCRUM-related tasks. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, design, QA) and external stakeholders to ensure product alignment. Share the MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) to ensure transparency and track deliverables. Manage timeline adjustments and alterations effectively. Ensure the product reaches successful closure, adhering to all defined parameters. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. A proactive and results-oriented mindset. Knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g., JIRA JQL, JIRA dashboard creation) and proficiency in Excel, Sheets, PowerPoint, Docs, etc for tracking day-to-day progress.
