Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Coordination: • Assist the Project Manager in the planning and execution of industrial construction and development projects. • Help prepare and maintain project schedules, tracking key milestones and deadlines. • Assist with procurement and manage material delivery schedules. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 2. Budget and Cost Control: • Assist in tracking project expenses and ensuring the project stays within budget. • Help with the preparation of cost estimates, bids, and change orders. • Monitor project financials and report any discrepancies to the Project Manager. 3. Quality Control and Safety: • Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and industry standards. • Assist in enforcing health and safety regulations on the job site. • Conduct site inspections and assist in identifying potential risks and safety hazards. 4. Documentation and Reporting: • Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, contracts, and change orders. • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports. • Maintain and organize project files and records for easy retrieval. 5. Team and Stakeholder Communication: • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. • Help facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project team members. • Attend and document project meetings, and support the resolution of project issues. Skills: • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Basic understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and project documentation. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in industrial projects..
