Roles and Responsibilities Manage purchase orders from creation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Manage inventory levels by tracking stock movement, storage, and reporting. Coordinate with vendors to purchase raw materials at competitive rates. Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to order fulfilment. Maintain accurate records of purchases, including inventory management and stock control. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to material availability Provide support in maintaining Zoho Books database accuracy. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 year of experience in a similar role (purchase executive or assistant). Any Graduate. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills essential. Strong understanding of Zoho CRM software an added advantage.
