Assistant Regional Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and dedicated professional Assistant Regional Manager for Agency/Direct Channel. This role is responsible for business development and achievement of regional sales objectives by recruiting, training and supervising a team of branch managers. Additionally, you will be directly involved in selling insurance solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: • Sales & Business Development- • Drive sales growth by implementing business strategies for agency/direct channel. • Achieve regional sales target in terms of revenue, productivity and persistency. • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region. • Team Management & Development • Recruit, train and mentor sales managers and insurance advisors. • Monitor team performance, provide feedback and take corrective measures when necessary. • Ensure high level of engagement and retention of sales team. • Distribution Expansion & Strategy • Strengthen and expand the advisor/agency network and direct sales team. • Implement initiatives to enhance productivity and effectiveness of distribution of channels. • Relationship and Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advisors, clients and internal teams. • Ensure superior customer service and policy persistency. Required Skills: • Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the agency channel in insurance sector. • Strong leadership and team-building abilities. • Ability to motivate and drive a team to achieve targets. • Knowledge of local market and networking capabilities. • Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality service. • Strong organisational and compliance management skills.
