Assist with opening and closing the restaurant, ensuring proper setup and cleanup, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Ensure food is prepared and served according to company standards and procedures, and assist with menu development and ordering supplies. Maintain a positive and progressive team atmosphere, ensure excellent customer service at all times, and address customer complaints or concerns effectively. Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling staff, ensuring adequate coverage for shifts and providing support to team members.
