Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales for high-end residential and commercial real estate projects in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Gurgaon micro-markets, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven sales track record in real estate brokerage. --- Key Responsibilities: Actively manage and convert leads into site visits and sales closures for luxury and mid-segment Gurgaon projects. Maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, and walk-in clients. Prepare and present property options, pricing, and payment plans tailored to the client's needs. Coordinate with developers for inventory, offers, and project updates. Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and client follow-up trackers. Represent the firm at property showcases, events, and meetings. --- Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably Gurgaon-focused). Strong understanding of Gurgaon sectors like Golf Course Road, SPR, Dwarka Expressway, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated.
