We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager in Real Estate with 0-3 years of experience in Real Estate. Bank, Insurance, Teaching or other experiences also considered. Job Responsibilities: Fetch, Identify and qualify new leads. Conduct market research and analysis. Negotiate and close deals. Build and maintain relationships with clients. Provide excellent customer service. Develop and maintain relationships and networks with channel partners. Stay up to date on the latest real estate trends. Ready to work on Targets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is a must. Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
