Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and purposeful Sales professional to market and sell our innovative IndustryOS platform and technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industrial operations, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the IndustryOS & technology portfolio. Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value of our offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of Sparrow RMS. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering. 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector. Sales acumen and skillset for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and digital transformation. Be an adaptive learner and understand technical concepts easily. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
