Role & responsilbility Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Desired Candidate Profile Proven track record in relationship management and Sales in Real Estate. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Office. Customer oriented mindset. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Good Communication fluency in English, Hindi & Bengali is a must. Owned vehicle is a preference.
