Job Summary: We are hiring a proactive and target-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team in achieving business goals. The candidate will assist in managing daily sales activities, guiding junior sales executives, conducting client meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the property buying process. The role is ideal for someone with strong sales experience and leadership potential, especially in residential or plot-based real estate. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies. Supervise and support sales executives in achieving individual targets. Follow up with leads generated through marketing and referrals. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and sales presentations. Help close property sales by guiding clients through the entire process. Monitor sales performance and ensure CRM updates are accurate and timely. Assist in training and onboarding new team members. Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support. Stay informed about project details, legal requirements, and market trends. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred). 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team.
