As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our life insurance products. You will engage with customers, understand their insurance needs, and provide suitable solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to achieving targets. Responsibilities: Promote and sell life insurance products to potential customers. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Meet sales targets and performance goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally. Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge. Collaborate with team members to achieve team targets and objectives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the life insurance domain. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
