Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and manage a team of 10 store personnel, ensuring all activities are performedefficiently in FMCG industry. Monitor and control multiple product stocks, ensuring accurate and timely stock handling andtracking. Oversee and coordinate different team activities simultaneously, ensuring smooth and efficientstore operations. Ensure excellent command over stock management, including inventory levels, movements, andupdates. Maintain excellent control over stock levels, ensuring accurate and timely entries of dailyproduction, RM, PM, and FG. Verify and ensure all documentation related to stock, production, and inventory is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with company policies. Monitor stock levels to ensure availability and minimize shortages, coordinating with relevantdepartments to ensure smooth flow of materials. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Minimum of 5 years of experience working in FMCG food products, handling multiple productcategories and managing complex stock scenarios. Strong ability to manage and lead a team, delegating tasks effectively. Excellent knowledge and experience in stock management and inventory control. Proficiency in data entry and documentation with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, sspecifically in FMCG food productmanagement. Ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize efficiently. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail in verifying stock and documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.Salary Annual CTC 6 lac
