Job Description We are seeking an experienced and reliable Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our luxury jewellery boutique. This role focuses on store administration, inventory management, and back-end coordination, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient internal functioning. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store administration, scheduling, and team coordination Manage inventory tracking, stock levels, vendor communication, and stock-in/stock-out processes Handle billing operations, data entry, and maintain accuracy in point-of-sale systems Monitor and reconcile petty cash, store expenses, and maintain documentation Support customer service team during high-traffic periods with back-end tasks Ensure timely logistics coordination with head office and third-party vendors Maintain compliance with internal reporting procedures and retail standards Requirements Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or administrative roles Proficiency in POS systems, billing software, and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and maintain calm in a boutique setting Knowledge of luxury retail operations or jewellery background is a plus. Ideal Candidate Attributes: Highly organized and process-oriented Comfortable with non-customer-facing tasks Committed to supporting team efficiency and store performance Seeking a stable, long-term role in the luxury retail industry Benefits Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month Requirements Qualifications & Skills: 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery or premium fashion/lifestyle brands Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of customer engagement and sales techniques Familiarity with billing systems and basic CRM or customer follow-up tools Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance Basic knowledge of jewellery products and terminology is a plus Must be Fluent in English, Kannada and other regional language Ideal Candidate Attributes: Energetic, customer-focused, and result-driven Passionate about luxury products and exceptional service Works well in a boutique environment with individual attention to clients Interested in a long-term career in retail or the jewellery industry Show more Show less
