Job Title: Assistant Teacher Pre-Primary Wing Reports To: Class Teacher / Coordinator Job Summary: The Assistant Teacher will assist the Class Teacher in providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, in alignment with the principles of the National Education Policy (NEP). The role involves helping with lesson planning, classroom management, and supporting the holistic development of students. Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing NEP-aligned lesson plans and activities. Support student engagement through creative and experiential learning methods. Provide individual attention to students and assist with identifying learning needs. Ensure safety and promote well-being during school hours. Monitor student progress and collaborate with the Class Teacher, while adhering to NEP guidelines for early childhood education.
