Job Description Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors: Building effective partnerships to ensure smooth operations. Market Reseach Study and analyze the market costing and benchmark internal costing accordingly. Negotiate contracts and terms: Securing advantageous terms and conditions. Monitor vendor performance: Ensuring compliance with agreed standards and resolving any issues promptly. Coordinate with internal departments: Streamlining vendor processes to meet organizational needs. Conduct regular performance reviews and audits: Assessing vendor capabilities and performance. Develop strategies to optimize vendor services: Reducing costs and improving service delivery. Experience and Skill Set 1-2 years of experience in vendor management or procurement. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
