Job role Assistant Vice President - SEO Performance Marketing Mumbai 8 - 12 Years Of Experience No. of Openings - 1 Interested in this position Responsibilities: Skills Requisites: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic growth Lead technical SEO audits and implement improvements in site architecture, URL structures, indexing, and page speed optimization Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building initiatives Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other industry-leading platforms Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital touchpoints Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to proactively adapt strategies Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering professional growth Develop and execute a local and international SEO strategy (if applicable) Coordinate with the paid marketing team to optimize cross-channel strategies for maximum ROI Prepare and present SEO reports and insights to senior management, providing recommendations for continuous improvement Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and improving search rankings In-depth understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices Expertise in technical SEO, including site audits, structured data, and Core Web Vitals Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and more Experience in enterprise-level SEO strategies and working with large-scale websites Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) for SEO optimization Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders
