Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of Osfin's solutions at existing and new clients. This role requires a deep understanding of financial operation processes, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze large volumes of data. The candidate will drive process excellence and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables for SaaS implementation in banking institutions. Should have handled multiple implementation project Proven track record of managing customers expectations & fostering strong relationships. Experience in working closely with bank to understand business requirements, defining business goals and owning the end-to-end success of product implementation Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards. Technical Proficiency: Understanding of SQL, data reconciliation processes, financial workflows, and cloud-based SaaS platforms. Excellent client-facing communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Qualifications: 7+ years in Project Management, SaaS Implementation, or Financial Technology (FinTech) within the banking sector. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, SQL querying, and handling large datasets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently. Proven expertise in financial operation processes and related software solutions is a plus Proficiency in developing business intelligence solutions or with low-code tools is a plus Why Join Osfin?
