Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events. Foster a collaborative environment that maximizes team performance. Quality Control: Take responsibility for the quality of project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed within specified timelines and budgets. Perform thorough quality checks before client delivery. Business Development: Lead efforts to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the client base.
