As The Associate, Admin Partnerships and Operations, you will: -Co-create The Circle s administrative and operational strategy by collaborating with the organization s several programs and teams Build long-term and multi-dimensional institutional partnerships with The Circle s service partners and vendors. -Coordinate administrative operations by liaising and managing timely communication with internal and external stakeholders to prepare key collaterals and documents. -Manage and coordinate travel bookings for staff members in accordance with our travel policy and budgets. -Collaborate with The Circle s finance team on documentation and compliance. -Build and sustain relationships with vendors servicing the three verticals and ensure timely deliverables. -Manage office operations, admin and logistics to support a growing team and accompanying programs.
